You can now enable AI-powered auto-replies for Instagram DMs. The AI understands your products and website content to answer customer inquiries instantly, helping reduce lost sales. If the AI isn’t confident, it will reply first and let the customer wait for a human follow-up. Enable it by connecting Instagram in Admin > Instagram, then turn it on in Admin > Chats > Chatbot > Auto Reply. Available on the Business plan. Learn more
